Role

As a senior consultant with Avanade, I was assigned as a Design Director to help CSIO build their web application for issuing mobile auto insurance for their customers

Responsibilities

  • Help with hiring and building the design team

  • Mentor and train new team members on the design thinking process

  • Define the UX strategy and collaborate with other design teams in the company

  • Run design thinking workshops with business and tech teams

  • Establish the design sprint process and work with the dev team on agile sprints.
