About

I am Rami Omran, a Senior Product Design Strategist in London, Ontario. For fifteen years I have designed web applications and mobile apps for banks, insurers, an export credit agency and enterprise platforms: the complicated, regulated systems people work inside all day.

My work starts with finding the real pain point, for the user and for the business, through research and design thinking. What I add to the method is an intuition that comes from loving the medium and understanding the people using it. I lead teams, facilitate the workshops that turn findings into decisions, and build the design systems that keep those decisions true after launch.
